My automated blinds are about 20 years old. I had looked everywhere, for months, trying to locate a new remote because my old one was failing. I emailed BlindShadeParts for possible help. They asked me for pictures of my remote. Soon after forwarding the requested photos they emailed me back and said they only had one left in stock. I purchased it, not convinced it would be the correct remote I needed. When I received it a few days later it was exactly like my original remote and it works perfectly. Very pleased.
