This plug-in AC charger is designed specifically for recharging the Somfy 12V Rechargeable Battery Tube (#9018685), which powers WireFree motors such as the Cord Lift CL32. Not the same as the charger for WireFree Li-ion cable motors (see #9020672 for Roll Up 28 / ST30 WireFree, or #9025166 for Sonesse ULTRA 30).
